Set of 6 Kyocera ceramic knives (sold individually)
I'm selling my stock of Kyocera ceramic knifes. I love these, but I'm moving across country to a tiny apartment, so I have to pare my knife collection down significantly. They are incredible knives- very sharp, and they don't ever dull. You don't want to drop them on the ground, but they're great tools. Left to right: Kyocera Kyotop 6" chefs: $225 new, $100 Kyocera Kyotop 5" slicing: $150 new, $75 Kyocera Kyotop Serrated: ~$200 (no longer made), $80 Kyocera Kyotop 5" santoku: $180 new, $90 Kyocera 6" white chefs: ~$180 new (no longer made), $90 Kyocera 3" paring: $25 new, $15 The serrated knife is no longer made, but is probably the best knife they ever made. It's super sharp and will slice through bread or tomatoes without any effort. The white chefs knife with that handle is no longer made as it has been replaced by the black chef's knife on the left, but they are same knife basically.

Cuisinart Non-Stick 12-Piece Cookware Set
Cuisinart Chef's Classic Non-Stick 12-Piece Cookware Set Asking Price: $80 We are selling our used Cuisinart nonstick cookware set. All pots and pans have their original lids, and it includes a steamer insert and a pasta insert. These pots and pans have been carefully used for 1.5yrs and are in very attractive shape. They have always been washed by hand, and only silicon and wooden utensils have been used in order to preserve their nonstick coating. You should expect some minor wear and tear associated with regular use, and please note that a couple of the lids no longer form a perfect seal with the pots. Bayou Classic preseasoned Cast Iron baking pans $40 each (2 available)
I bought these 2 pans in early January of this year and haven't had an opportunity to cook with them at all. I'm sure somebody out there will put them to much better use. You may purchase an individual pan, or both pans together. The pans stack on top of each other so that 1 can serve as a roasting lid. They're large enough to roast a thanksgiving turkey :-) I have scrubbed off the manufacturer's temporary wax coating for you and preseasoned the pans five times each with flaxseed oil. If you buy both pans, I will include the bottle of flaxseed oil that I used for seasoning for free ($20 value). These pans are sturdy and well constructed.
